Pre-heat your oven at 150°C .
Take the ready made BRIOCHE from the freezer and remove the lid.
Put the product on a low position in your oven.
Bake at 150°C for 25-30 minutes depending on the type of your oven.

1. The preservation time of the puff pastry products, depends on the date of expire and on the type of your freezer.

Look at the indications of your freezer and follow the table below: ;

Leave the puff pastry product at room temperature to thaw (about 2 hours).

For a better result, put the product in the refrigerator the night before using it and leave it at room temperature half an hour before baking it.
